Shuttle services

Licensed Airport Shuttle Bus Services are located on the curb outside of the terminal building. Just follow the directional signs. For schedules, bookings and group rates, contact the shuttle companies directly.

Big Mountain Little Shuttle
Private shuttle services from Kelowna International Airport (YLW) to points in the Thompson Okanagan from Kamloops to Osoyoos. Ski shuttle services to and from Big White and Silver Star and other interior resorts from November to April.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and taxis are available at the front curb at YLW. Please note that a $2 fee applies on any airport taxi trip longer than three kilometres. This fee does not apply to limousine services.

Taxi and limousine service with wheelchair accessibility are available at YLW. Some operators provide vehicles that are capable of carrying a non-folding or non-collapsible mobility aid. Please ensure you give your rental company advanced notice to ensure availability.

Ride share

Ride share is now available at YLW.

Passengers can be picked up from the north end of the terminal, outside of the Arrivals area. Please note that a $2 fee applies on any airport ride-hailing trip longer than three kilometres.

Public transit

Visit Kelowna Regional Transit for the most current routes, pickup times and fares.

The bus stop is located along Airport Way, near long-term lot B. There are also bus stops on Airport Way west of Highway 97 by the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. Please consult the transit schedule for pickup locations and times.

Scheduled Bus Services

Ebus

Ebus provides bus transportation within the Okanagan and to the Lower Mainland. A bus stop is conveniently located at YLW, outside the terminal at meeting area #7 (near the south entrance to the terminal building).

Please note: The Ebus ticket kiosk at YLW has moved to a new downtown location in Kelowna at 516 Lawrence Ave.
