MANAGER, COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Join our dynamic team at YLW and help shape the future growth of one of Canada's fastest-growing airports. We're seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial & Business Development to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, maximize airport assets, and advance strategic development opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial & Business Development, this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing commercial opportunities that support YLW's long-term strategic and financial objectives. You'll drive aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue growth through commercial, retail, and industrial development projects while building strong relationships with tenants, developers, and industry partners.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial development, real estate, leasing, or business development
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate development, lease administration, and revenue generation strategies
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
