YLW and its partners are giving away flights, including:
- Air North – roundtrip tickets for two to Whitehorse
- Pacific Coastal - roundtrip tickets for two
- WestJet Airlines – roundtrip tickets for two to anywhere WestJet flies
Free parking will be available at YLW, and shuttles will be provided to transport attendees to the KF Centre for Excellence. Please follow signage and staff directions.
Attendees are encouraged to consider other forms of transportation, such as carpooling, public transit or active transportation.

When you buy tickets for the prize draw, you’ll automatically be entered in a chance to win any of the above prizes.
All proceeds from raffle prizes go to the YLW Scholarship Fund which aims to address the significant need for skilled professionals in the aviation industry. By supporting the next generation of aviation and aerospace students conducting their studies in the Okanagan region, we are fostering a future where innovation and expertise soar to new heights.

Participating in the YLW Fall Travel Show is an excellent opportunity to showcase travel ideas and promote your products, services or destination to our region. Our international airport serves a large area and in addition to foot traffic we will have media onsite broadcasting live from the event to increase reach and exposure.
